Responsibilities include:

Residential Relief Staff

Relief staff work per Diem according to schedule of open shifts. Duties include medication monitoring, supervision and participation in cooking and cleaning, assisting residents with activities of daily living, joining in on client recreational activities, and communicating with other team members through shift reporting and other documentation.

Locations:  Beverly, Danvers, Malden area.

Relief Staff Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in related field and experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, or High School Diploma or Equivalency with one or more years working with people with disabilities. Ability to pass American Red Cross CPR/First Aid testing and Statewide Medication Certification Training within first three months of employment. Excellent written and verbal skills.

Residential Case Managers

These key staff work with residents to plan recreational activities, develop social connections, and create goals.  Residential Case Managers assist residents in activities of daily living and offer physical assistance to residents with physical disabilities. Duties include medication monitoring, supervision and participation in cooking and cleaning, joining in on client recreational activities, and communicating with other team members through shift reporting and other documentation.

Locations:  Malden, Danvers and Beverly area.

Case Managers Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in related field and experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, or High School Diploma or Equivalency with one or more years working with people with disabilities.  Ability to pass American Red Cross CPR/First Aid testing and Medication Certification Training within first three months of employment. Excellent written and verbal skills.

Residential Overnight Staff

Duties include direct care coverage and responding to individual issues, between 11:00p.m. and 8:00 a.m.  Must be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and familiar with emergency fact sheets regarding all individuals living at the residence.  Medication monitoring and communicating with other team members through shift reporting and other documentation.

Locations:  Danvers area.

Overnight Staff Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in related field and experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, or High School Diploma or Equivalency with one or more years working with people with disabilities.  Ability to pass American Red Cross CPR/First Aid testing and Statewide Medication Certification Training within first three months of employment.  Excellent written and verbal skills.
