05 Highlights
Triangle served 861 people in 15 programs, up 18% over FY04. Participants came from 94 communities in eastern Massachusetts, an increase of 25% from the previous year in communities served.
Program participants reported an overall satisfaction rate of 97%.
Triangle placed 98 people in competitive community employment with an average wage of $9.11/hour.
87% of people who secured jobs in the community retained them beyond 90 days.
387 program participants earned $317,000 in wages working in Triangle's contract services, products division, and training programs.
Our School-to-Career Program supported students from 14 communities, up 50% over FY04.
Also virtually doubled the number of corporate partners.
Triangle opened a new multipurpose employment site in Beverly and we are serving 44 participants.
Triangle opened a new community residence for four participants in Reading.
Triangle launched its new Technology Learning Center
and Media Suite that provide a state-of-the-art facility for computer, audio-visual, and career competency training.
