Family Support Family and friends play a critical role in each individual’s life. We strongly encourage families to be involved in the lives of the residents and we help
facilitate the level of interaction each resident desires. We take great pride in helping our residents live independent, healthy lives.
Caring Homes Since each individual we serve has their own interests, careers, challenges and goals, our case managers and support staff provide individualizedassistance. Needs and desires evolve over time, so our supports are flexible and responsive. We provide:
• Routine medical care and follow-up and support with personal care
• Assistance with home care, maintenance and the details of daily living
• Medication monitoring, ordering, storing, administration and supervision
• Comprehensive human rights training
• Nutritional guidance
• Assistance in pursuing opportunities for personal growth
• Help with money management and guidance concerning available benefits
Community Involvement Our staff helps residents access community services and facilitates participation in clubs, organizations or activities that interest each person,

• Triangle Bashers Softball team
• Adult education classes
• YMCA classes
• Community volunteer work
• Local churches and faith communities
