In Triangle’s Fulfillment Center our trainees receive, assemble, package and distribute products sold by retailers throughout America. Our trainees develop skills that can help any company succeed and our customers receive cost-efficient product and mailing services. Our Fulfillment Center trainees learn how to:
• Assemble product
• Receive incoming materials, package completed product and ship goods directly to our customers
• Operate production machinery - balers, drill presses, heat sealers and shredders
• Work independently and as part of a team
We have an exceptional support staff that includes case managers who help trainees achieve their Individualized Service Plan (ISP) goals and assist with housing, transportation, and health concerns. Our work supervisors provide hands-on training, job coaching and the extended supports that help people succeed in competitive employment. Trainees can also access the full range of Triangle’s career and community life services.

We create, assemble and package product for 60 American companies from Bed Bath & Beyond to Marshalls.
On an average day 160 individuals train here, receive a weekly paycheck and pursue their career goals.
We do all kinds of work and learn what we can do. There are always four or five jobs going on at once!”
