We hope you will join us as we honor our Employee of the Year and celebrate 31 years of outstanding service by our employees.

Gillette Stadium is the perfect place to celebrate true champions like Employability’s remarkable employees. Thanks in part to the generosity of The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation, this memorable evening will feature wine tasting, dinner, an inspiring program, and an amazing array of silent auction items. Sponsors will also have the unique opportunity to tour the field of the three-time champion New England Patriots.

Since 1981, Employability has empowered people with disabilities by offering real jobs at a living wage in the medical manufacturing industry. Employability is a truly innovative, entrepreneurial nonprofit that generates 90% of its annual revenue by manufacturing medical devices for over 500 businesses nationwide, such as Covidien. Because our employees earn a competitive wage and are eligible for comprehensive employer-sponsored benefits, they have the resources to live active, independent lives in our local communities.
